Allyssa + Montana | A Joyful Spring Wedding at the Butler Atrium

There’s something about an April wedding that keeps everyone on their toes—and Allyssa and Montana’s day was the perfect example in the best way possible. What started as a beautifully mild spring day at the Butler Atrium quickly turned into a race against the clouds, but somehow, everything unfolded exactly as it was meant to.

From the very beginning, there was an undeniable energy surrounding these two. Allyssa and Montana were so ready for this day—excited, present, and completely wrapped up in the joy of finally becoming husband and wife. That kind of anticipation sets the tone for everything, and it carried through every moment.

Allyssa looked absolutely stunning thanks to the talented Erica Billetdeaux, who created a timeless, glowing look that held up through every laugh, hug, and (almost) raindrop. The details of the day were thoughtfully curated, from their invitations designed through Zazzle to the seamless flow of the celebration led by Millennium Sound Productions, who kept the energy high from start to finish.

The ceremony itself was heartfelt and full of emotion, surrounded by their favorite people. As we moved into portraits afterward, the sky began to shift—one of those classic spring moments where you can feel the weather turning before you even see it. We moved quickly, capturing all of the must-have moments just in time before the rain finally made its entrance.

And honestly? That timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

With the rain falling outside, we were able to sneak back into the ceremony space for some extra portraits, and those ended up being some of the most intimate and memorable images of the day. There’s something about a quiet moment after the “I do’s,” when everything settles in—it was magic.

One of the standout moments of the evening had to be Allyssa’s dance with her dad. What started as a sweet, traditional father-daughter dance quickly turned into a fully choreographed surprise that had everyone cheering. It was fun, unexpected, and completely them.

The rest of the night? Pure celebration.

The dance floor stayed packed all evening, fueled by an incredible group of family and friends—and a bridal party that truly understood the assignment. Their energy, support, and excitement played a huge role in keeping the entire day feeling light, fun, and completely unforgettable.

Allyssa and Montana’s wedding was the kind of day that reminds you what it’s all about. Not perfection, not predictability—but joy, connection, and embracing whatever the day brings.

Rain and all, it couldn’t have been more perfect.
